1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "bmy000," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the bmy000 platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Platform" means the bmy000 website at https://bmy000.net, its mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bmy000 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the bmy000 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your bmy000 Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by applicable Philippine regulations and bmy000 internal compliance policies.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bmy000 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bmy000 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

3 Eligibility

6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
7. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in gaming activities harmful to you.

4 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on bmy000, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) bmy000 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: bmy000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmy000 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify bmy000 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. bmy000 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account prior to such notification.
• Account Accuracy Updates: You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to bmy000 support for verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bmy000 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bmy000 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Currency: All transactions on the bmy000 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. bmy000 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the capabilities of the relevant payment provider.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are published on the Platform. bmy000 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Third-Party Payments: bmy000 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bmy000 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bmy000 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bmy000 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time.

• Modification or Withdrawal: bmy000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the bmy000 Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on bmy000 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Bets Are Final: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the bmy000 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets placed.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, bmy000 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• RNG Certification: All bmy000 random number generator (RNG) based games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: bmy000 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side during a gaming session. Where possible, game state will be preserved and restored upon reconnection.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bmy000 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to use your Account or bmy000 login credentials.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bmy000 staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmy000 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of bmy000 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bmy000.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any bmy000 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of bmy000 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By using the bmy000 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

bmy000 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmy000 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

The bmy000 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude bmy000's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Termination & Suspension

bmy000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third party on your behalf.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.
• Inactivity of your Account for an extended period, as defined in our Account Inactivity Policy.

Upon termination of your Account, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees and any amounts owed to bmy000 will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable laws.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bmy000 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the bmy000 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or Platform operations, bmy000 maintains an internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a formal complaint to our customer support team, and bmy000 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bmy000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bmy000 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bmy000 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
